Abstract :
An induction machine with capabilities to start and run even with one or more of its stator phases open-circuited when the winding structure is multiphase. Diverse space place of lost stator phase has different influence on machine. In this paper, a method of vector space decomposition is presented to analyze the model of dual-three-phase induction machine with two stator phase open-circuited. Dynamical performance analysis and simulation results of the machine with two opened phases is included.
