Abstract :
This paper use special third-order moment to extract frequencies of harmonics in mutually correlated zero-mean multiplicative noise which is independent of additive noise. Simulations illustrate that this method of this paper is effectively in drawing out harmonics frequencies in that special surroundings of noise.
