Abstract
We present an fully electronic 812-GHz camera with an acquisition-rate of 10 frames per second. It is based on 8-pixel subharmonic-mixing detector-arrays. The single-axis rotational-scanning telescope is designed to cover a focusing range from 2 m up to 6 m. One frame is acquired with each revolution of the secondary mirror. The typical resolution is 5 mm.
