Abstract
The finer points of a distributions function of the breakdown strength or life-time has been seldom an investigation subject. That is not surprising because there are many methods to make the best fitting and parameter estimation. In most cases gaps were found between two neighboring points in the distribution function of the breakdown. In this paper the finer points of the DF is explained using the rarefied distribution function
