Abstract
This paper provides some figures describing the capacity and the quality of service (QoS) of the CODIT (UMTS code division testbed) system in an indoor environment, taking into account both voice and data services. These evaluations are part of the comparison activities between the CODIT and ATDMA (advanced TDMA mobile access) systems that have been performed within the Special Interest Group SIG5. The simulation scenario has been defined in order to make easier the comparison between the two systems and not for the optimisation of the respective capacities
