Abstract :
It was examined the influence of the grain size on thermal stability of structural parameters of nanostructured SnO2 and In2O3 metal oxides. It was shown that the decrease of the grain size is accompanied by deterioration of the structure stability of gas sensing material. Analysis of the reasons, resulting in changing gas sensors properties of metal oxides during thermal treatment, was provided.
