Abstract :
This paper starts from influences of scenic resources environment, water resources environment, soil environment, ecosystems, natural disasters, the atmosphere and climate to land use. Then, with the actual situation in Zaoyang County, four factors have been selected, establishing evaluation model to evaluate land environment in Zaoyang County of Hubei Province, by using GIS technology to conduct an environmental sensitivity class district, to give land use measures, as well as to put forward a proposal about environmental evaluation factors selected and implementation of management measures with the county land. The results show that the proposed method for the evaluation of county land has good environmental assessment of the applicability and feasibility.
