Abstract :
At present, it is broadly recognized that Russia can be successfully presented on the world arena not only as a raw materials supplier but also as an IT and high-tech software solutions developer and provider. Russian software development companies can play an important role in the world market. Thus, high-tech software solutions can become a niche for Russia, and its competitive advantage in the global market. To this end, the non-profit partnership "Silicon Taiga" was established to implement projects aimed at promotion of innovative software solutions in the world market.
