Abstract :
The zonal spectrum of the bulk helicon waves in the structure, formed by periodic alternation of semiconductor and dielectric layers and placed into external magnetic field, is considered in the work. The waves propagate along the magnetic field. To determine dispersion equation the method of transformation matrix is used. In this paper the properties of the dispersion equation are analyzed numerically and analytically. It is indicated, that the dispersion relation has two decisions. From the physical point of view it means, that two independent spectra of own waves exist in the considered structure.
