Abstract :
In this paper the results of researching an uncooled parametric low noise amplifier intended as an input stage for 60-65 GHz input devices are given. Electrodynamic characteristics of the oscillatory system using an SBD mounting unit based coaxial waveguide for idle frequency signal circuits are investigated. Experimental results of testing amplifier prototypes executed on unpackaged SBD are shown. Amplification factor amounted to 15 dB, with noise temperature of 550-600 K.
