Abstract :
The guiding properties of microstructure fibres, which comprise more than one core, are considered. We present the analysis of the interaction between cores, mode field distribution, confinement loss and radiation losses arising due to bend in multi-core microstructure fibres. Modes of both polarizations have been considered.
