The spatial data warehouse establishment for Digital South China Sea

Data warehouse can be used to support administrator´s decision-making of leaders and specialists. The Digital South China Sea System includes fifty professional data sources and complex data styles. The South China Sea oriented strategy of spatial data warehouse establishment is proposed in the paper based on the actual status of the research project. Then, the developed management system is briefly introduced. Finally, the task emphases of the Digital South China Sea System are pointed out in order to set the aim of this project and to make a clearer sight for the application and the study of the Digital South China Sea System.
