Abstract :
High-speed and low-cost high-throughput nucleic acid detection technology has become the mainstream of nucleic acid detection, and gradually developed to the super high-throughput. Application of high-throughput nucleic acid analysis technique has provided new technical platform for many research fields. Currently a lot of countries combine gene chip with corresponding technique to form a new generation of high-throughput analytical platforms, which are widely used in various fields. This particle discusses one main aspect, high-throughput analytical technique and detecting platforms of SNP genotyping analysis in detail. In addition to the current aspect on high-throughput analytical technique and commercial system, such as high-throughput SNP detecting chip and so on, the particle focuses on the newest research results in the field of China. And the particle introduces other high-throughput analytical system briefly, and then look ahead the development of this field.
