Abstract :
An approach employed for the evaluation of performance of self excited induction generator (SEIG) using fuzzy logic which needs a simple modelling is proposed in this paper. In general, the conventional techniques with analytical equations are used to analyse the performance of SEIG. Here a fully fuzzy based approach is tried to evaluate the performance. The results obtained from fuzzy logic approach are found to be in close agreement with experimental results. This comparison confirms the accuracy of the proposed fuzzy logic approach.
