Abstract
Recent studies (Feb 2000) by the Kaiser foundation, Harvard´s Kennedy School of Government and National Public Radio reveal that Americans have fallen in love with the Internet. The purpose of the study is to determine how the introduction of readily accessible computer usage affects the attitudes and effectiveness of education for minority students considered part of the digital divide
