Abstract :
We have successfully coated with a repeatable and reliable technique large (up to 350 mm) polyethilene lenses for use at THz frequencies. The method described in detail is not dependant on the lens material. We also combined a canonical ray-tracing model with a local transmission line code to predict the spectral performance of coated lenses.
