Abstract :
A wide-band magnetooptic spectrum analyser for microwave signals, operating within the frequency band of 1-10 GHz, is designed. Operation of this device is based on Bragg diffraction of optical guided waves (OGW) by magnetostatic waves (MSW), excited in yttrium iron garnet films.
