Abstract :
The transmission and refection characteristics of a terahertz wave through sub-wavelength structured (SWS) filters are investigated. The SWS filters studied in this report are grating made by plastic. We designed the SWS filters as a wavelength selective optics and measured transmission and refection spectra in the terahertz wave region using a terahertz time-domain spectroscopic system (THz-TDS) for transmission measurement or terahertz wave parametric oscillator (TPO) for reflection spectra.
