  • Abstract
    A new approach for digitally mixing the RGB and CCIR601 formatted video signals is proposed and realized using a 0.8 μm CMOS process. Since mixing is performed digitally, more features are also added to the basic encoding function for more flexible multimedia applications. They are window keying, chroma keying, linear blending, and certain combinations of them
