Abstract :
A transmission type THz-TDS was applied to study dielectric behavior of water including NaCl and MgCl2. Imaginary part of the complex dielectric constant below 1THz and the dielectric slow relaxation time were evaluated and disclosed that they are dependent on the type of salt and the concentration.
