Abstract
This paper presents a new double pipelined structure of wavetable synthesizer to simultaneously process 16-bit 32-voice for multimedia audio applications. The proposed synthesizer processes all the samples at a full 44.1 kHz rate, while almost all the wavetable systems being offered today operate at sampling rates ranging only from 22 to 32 kHz. This high performance structure has been realizes with a 0.8 μm CMOS process
