Abstract :
Monitoring human metabolism is of crucial importance for personalized medicine. The aim of the present work is to design an interface circuit to realize an integrated platform for the detection of endogenous and exogenous metabolites for implantable applications. Cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry are the most common methods for metabolite detection. We propose a CMOS circuit to implement these two methods in a multi-target detection scheme.
