Abstract :
After having constructed the steel and iron industry index system, it needs to determine various targets the weights. The weight is to express for the relative important quantity in each target and each level in the entire system. Whether the weight determination is reasonable or not will have the decisive influence to the quality synthetic evaluation result quality of the entire evaluating index system When target weight is defined, it cannot only embark from the single target and the single level , but must process the relationship of evaluating indicator and each level. Following the principle of the system optimization, the whole optimization takes the starting point and the goal, to rationally distribute weight. Under this principle´s instruction, this article uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to carry on the analysis of the evaluating index, measures indexes respectively for the function and the effect to the whole, then makes the judgment of their relative importance, determines the respective weight.
