Abstract :
Normal neural control requires projection to avoid control input goes to infinity. In this paper we use discrete-time passivity technique to obtain a new controller, which does not use projection modification. Although passivity concept has been applied to neural control previously by many authors, but this paper gives an absolutely new control. Because of its simple structure, this neural control will have wide application future.
