Abstract :
Foundation pit project is necessary for most projects. The accuracy of foundation pit is become more and more important accompanied by the rapid growth of super high-rise buildings and substructure works. The exterior-protected construction of foundation pit is temporary structures. But, the relatively low safety reserve of exterior-protected construction may lead to more risks. It is very difficult to classify the reason for deep foundation pit accident because of complication. In this paper, we analyse the safety management measures according to construction risks and risk events caused by them. Several safety risk control measures have been presented by a project example. It can keep safety of the project and nearby buildings, roads and pipes. At the same time, it can provide reference to other foundation pit construction safety management.
