  • Abstract
    The group technology, which leads battery cell combined in series-parallel ways scientifically, is the basis of large scale application of battery energy storage system (BESS). Especially for VRB, as it holds a unique structure of hydraulic interconnection pipe system, the combination of electrical connection and hydraulic connection should be more challenging to the group technology. On the basis of experimental study of Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRB), the reliability, efficiency and economic analysis of battery group technology are discussed from the viewpoint of engineering application in this paper.
