Abstract :
Terahertz (THz) emission property of Fe-implanted InP photoconductive antenna (PCA) has been studied by 1.56 μm wavelength laser excitation. The obtained experimental data by THz time-domain spectroscopy measurements show the possibility of two-photon excitation in the THz emission process.
