Abstract :
As the scale of the network increases, especially wireless sensor networks comes into fashion, the problem of enhancing the performance of the networks turns into a focus topic. When network information changes, frequent route computing and network state updates can cause computing and traffic overhead, respectively. A novel protocol, which is based on aggregation tree routing model (ATRM) is used in this paper, which aims to minimize the alteration of network topology with virtual multiple-input-multiple-output and to minimize the end-to-end delay. The simulation results show that our protocol not only results in significantly lower overhead, but also gives higher levels of network performance.
