Abstract
A class of uncertain systems with time-varying input-delays are modeled by fuzzy T-S model. A new controller design is developed on the basis of the fuzzy modeling, and on the Lyapunov-Razumikhin stability theorem, give a sufficient condition for the asymptotic stability of the T-S fuzzy systems and the method of designing the controller
