Abstract

After a brief presentation of the main characteristics an efficient operating system should have, a presentation of the N4 PWR nuclear power plant operating system processing, allowing benefits in terms of quality of the operation, reduction in alarm occurrence and operator presentation, is given. The paper emphasises the N4 computerised procedures. The operator presentation and the processing are described, for the normal operation procedures, as well as for the emergency ones
