  • Abstract
    An Artificial neural network based handoff algorithm is proposed and its performance is studied in this paper. Handoff decisions are normally signal strength based and recently many artificial intelligent techniques are used such as Fuzzy Logic, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) etc. In this paper, ANN is used for taking fast and accurate handoff decision. The algorithm is proposed, tested and found to give excellent results.
