Abstract :
A fully differential track-and-hold circuit based on switched-current processing has been integrated on a fully complementary BiCMOS sea-of-gates array. It provides a high sample-rate (20 MHz) for a precision of 8 bits, a bandwidth of 150 MHz and a consumption of 152 mW for a surface of 0.44 mm2
