A data monitoring strategy based in snapshots for the score calculation in the housing distribution

In this work we discuss a strategy for detecting and monitoring changes of the key data associated with the family groups. Based on these data, the family group will be positioned inside of the ranking for access to a social housing in the province of La Pampa (Argentine). Additionally, we summarize a procedure to simulate the provincial ranking with the possible housing beneficiaries and we briefly show an web application named “ActaWS” that allow its visualization. This make more transparent the distribution scheme of social housings between the population, and it allows to register transactions of allocation of social housings based on the score of each family group. Finally, the distribution of the social housings and the associated interoperability topics, are illustrated through the ActaWS web application.
