  • Abstract
    Clinical applications of high field MR take advantage of the increased sensitivity to magnetic field inhomogeneity, spatial resolution, signal-to-noise, and spectral resolution. Examples of each facet are demonstrated for 7T patient neuroimaging and localized spectroscopy.
