Abstract :
A surface-acoustic-wave-driven acoustooptic modulator was fabricated on 128deg Y-cut LiNbO3 for visible laser light. Peak diffraction efficiencies of 85, 82, and 47% were obtained for optical wavelengths of 633, 532, and 473 nm, respectively.
