Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to consider the possible ways for self-organizing social system control. One of the possible approaches is to control the balance of streams of energy passing through the system. It is suggested that the system structure directly depends from a set of components of the external stream of energy (matter, consciousness, etc.) passing through the system. In this case the control process of the social system is a reconfiguration (redistribution) of the energy flow passing through the system
