Abstract
We describe the conceptual design for the Cryogenic Target Delivery System for the University of Rochester´s OMEGA laser. A modular approach is being taken to design and fabricate the target delivery system. Suitable plastic target shells will be mounted, filled with appropriate fuel gases, cryogenically cooled and transported into a module that will create a uniform fuel layer. They will then be characterized and transported into the target chamber. A cryogenic storage system will also be developed to allow for transport of filled targets and for inventory purposes
