Abstract :
A modeling method of an unknown multi-parameter closed loop control system consisted of linear motor is proposed in this paper. The process of parameters identification through experiment characteristic of the system and modeling of the mathematical model is introduced. The executor model is established by grey box theory, and all parameters are determined by MATLAB, at the same time, the peak time of the step response of the system are measured by digital oscilloscope. Ultimately the appropriate PD parameter and closed loop transfer function are obtained. Experimental and simulating data analysis proves that this method is reliable and useful and the mathematical model is rational
