Abstract :
In HEV different electrical systems are functionally interconnected, requiring exchange of information accurately within defined communication latency. This paper describes implementation methodologies of efficient distributed real time control hardware and software for series HEV with CAN interface. DSP based embedded controller structure and data flows for different phases of HEV operation are detailed.
