  • Abstract
    Linewidth tolerant 2.5-Gsymbol/s (10-Gbit/s) 16-QAM real-time modulation/demodulation of BER of less than 10-9 was experimentally demonstrated using a DFB-LD with a linewidth of 30-MHz.
