  • Abstract
    The indirect ESD testing is very poor repeatability under the IEC801-2 standard. The reason is that fundamental aspects of the approach/collision ESD have been totally neglected. This paper gives some criteria for a new indirect ESD test method based on experimental studies by the authors.
