Abstract
The development of the short message Service, brings the convenience to people, brings a new method to the customer relationship management of the enterprise, and also brings the huge market to the telecommunication. Based on the description of the Interactive voice Response, the paper proposed interactive short message response, and compared interactive short message response with interactive voice response. Then, architecture and a command system were introduced. Finally, the paper described the using of interactive short message response in 12320 System on public health service and on instant reaction to the public healthy emergencies.
