Abstract :
A new MOSFET parameter extraction tool is presented. This tool uses fuzzy control techniques. These techniques allow to use knowledge about the model behaviour into the parameter extraction method, thus simplifying the task. The procedure is applied to extract five different parameters of a simplified level 3 model, and results show good performance
