Abstract :
A cooperative study was initiated in 1993 to evaluate the resistance to ground (R/sub TG/) and tribocharging characteristics of a large number of people in an electronics manufacturing environment during different times of the year. Changes in relative humidity are shown to have a major impact on personnel R/sub TG/ and tribocharging characteristics.
