Abstract :
In this article, we assess different forms of distribution channel under the electronic business-to-business (e-b2b) exchange, and examined the roles that different distributors considered to be important to the buyers to continue their services to the buyers and also the roles that buyers considered to be important to them to retain the services of the distributors, and with a simple and exploratory model, we designed a hybrid logistics structure in inventory location and ordering policies, which can promote the supply chain efficiency when both Internet and physical channels coexist.
