Factors that influence customer satisfaction degree are concerned by all enterprise managers. This paper proposes a method for evaluating the importance of influence factors based on BP neural network. The method is employed to calculate customer satisfaction influence factors of a super-market, based on questionnaires. Results show that shopping convenience is the most important factor, while shopping and product safety is a must-be factor. Importance of other factors is also given.
