This paper aims to coordinate a two-echelon closed-loop supply chain through price decision. The whole profit of the supply chain under decentralized price making is 25% lower than under centralized situation while the volume of sale and recycling both 50% lower. It is proved in this paper that through pricing policy the profits of enterprises and the benefits of customer can be both enhanced. The author presents at the end of this paper a coordinative contract combining two-part-tariff contract and sales revenue sharing, by which the whole profit of the supply chain will increase and approach that in the centralized system.
