Cooperation is an effective measure to deal with supply chain risk. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of supply chain risk, we built the cooperative game models of supply chain risk distribution. Shapley value formula was used to obtain the risk distribution mechanism, and then we put forward two new methods to distribute supply chain risk. The characteristics of risk distribution mechanism and the scope of application were discussed under different conditions. The application of distribution mechanism was illustrated by a practical example. Finally, some suggestions were put forward to deepening the collaboration of supply chain.
