Abstract
Early in the 1980s, a real-time frequency selecting system, abbreviated to RTFSS, was developed in China and successfully used in communication. Equipped with a spectrum monitor, the system can select frequency for both directions. This system can automatically establish an HF link in the best channel. Several methods of data processing are improved based upon the CURTS system, therefore the reliability of predicting optimal frequency has greatly been enhanced. The improved data processing and applied effects are emphasized
