Abstract :
The author proposes a model to explain the dielectric response of LFD systems in which electrochemical processes are involved in ionic motions. The model has the advantage of simplicity and of generality. It cannot predict quantitatively the amount of loss in any given situation, but then no model can do this and this is a measure of the difficulty of the dielectric processes
